Welcome

these are the objects of our Society

Who are the Daughters of the American Revolution?

We are a non-profit, non-political, volunteer women's service organization dedicated to preserving American history, securing America's future through better education, and promoting patriotism.

What do we do?

Most of the volunteer work of D.A.R. is  accomplished under a committee system.  D.A.R. committees promoting the objectives of the society include but are not limited to Historic Preservation, Education and Patriotism.

Sacramento Chapter Today.....

We are nearly two hundred strong in membership residing in twelve states including California.  Our ages range from the twenties to the nineties. We come from all walks of life united in supporting the NSDAR and its objectives. We heartily support our serving soldiers, honor our Patriots and provide for our veterans. Our members are both new and seasoned including one who has been a member for more than sixty years. We meet once a month September through May and participate in many functions throughout the year. We welcome you to search for your Patriot, we will help, and join our society through our chapter.
